Savills appoints Winnie Wong as managing director for property management business

Savills Property Management has appointed Winnie Wong as its new managing director, with Chan Kok Hong taking up a role as senior consultant. Wong has been with the firm since 2003, when it was Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants. This merger became Savills Property Management in 2011.

CEO of Savills South East Asia, Chris Marriott, comments: “We are hugely grateful for the strong foundation that Chan Kok Hong has built over the years. As he steps away from day-to-day management, we can continue to leverage on his knowledge and expertise in his new role as senior consultant.”

Wong’s deputy for the past two decades, Tang Chee Charn, has also been promoted to deputy managing director. He will be responsible for the firm’s expansion into commercial strata and industrial properties.

Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, commends the appointments of Wong and Tang. He states: “Winnie’s vision to continue to strengthen our capabilities, build on the strong track record of our residential strata properties portfolio, Bukit Batok EC and Chee Charn’s role in expanding into the commercial and industrial asset classes is very much in-line with the strategy for Savills.”

Savills Property Management is delighted to welcome its new managing director, Winnie Wong, and deputy managing director, Tang Chee Charn. With the expertise these two bring, the firm is sure to reach new heights in the future.
